This is my son's night light. I got tired of having to turn his old one on and off, as well trying to find the exact brightness with different watts or soft white or white bulbs. With this he tells Alexa himself (he also has his own dot with a clock to set his own alarms) now to turn on and off, as well as he can get the brightness to exactly what he wants by telling Alexa to make it lighter or brighter until he gets the perfect light shade. He's 11 yrs old so time to start being responsible for these things himself and this works! I am thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship.
