Order Processing & Delivery Times
All delivery estimates are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the following business day.
- Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). This covers handcrafted preparation, quality checks, and packaging.
- Transit Time: 7 – 15 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 18 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking details typically update within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Packages in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please get in touch with us promptly with your order details and clear photos of the damaged item so we can inspect and resolve the issue for you.
