I love this chandelier! It arrived on time with good packaging. It's super pretty. The only drawback was the use of vague black and white pictures for hanging and connecting the crystals, which was a bit confusing at first. Once I figured it out, though, it was smooth sailing! I am thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship.
