Since our online journey began on January 18, 2025, Coonli (Zhongshan Coonli Lighting Technology Co., Ltd.) has been committed to providing superior lighting solutions, including our specialized Chandelier, Ceiling Light, Table Lamp, and Floor Lamp collections. We understand that choosing the perfect light for your space is an important decision, and we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction through a transparent and fair return process.
Our store is protected by a professional SSL certificate, which ensures that your personal information and payment details remain securely encrypted and protected against unauthorized access or hackers.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for all our lighting fixtures. You have exactly 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions: To qualify for a successful return and refund, items must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, new condition.
- The fixture must be uninstalled.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees
We believe in transparent pricing, which is why we do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your chandelier, ceiling light, table lamp, or floor lamp arrives broken or defective from our manufacturing warehouse in China, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email at no cost to you ($0.00).
- Customer Remorse: If you change your mind or decide the product is no longer needed, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping to our international return center.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@coonli.com.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once authorized, you will receive instructions to ship the item to our return center:

Important: Please do not send items back without prior authorization from our support team, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Exchanges: We are happy to facilitate exchanges for our lighting fixtures. Once your original item is received and inspected at our facility, we will ship your replacement within 2 business days.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. All refunds are issued directly to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or PayPal).
Order Cancellations
We strive for rapid fulfillment. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund ($0.00 fees). If the request is sent after the 12-hour window or after the order has been processed for shipment, please follow the standard return policy once the item arrives.
