Every Coonli order begins in our studio in Guangdong, China, where each leather piece is cut, shaped, and finished by hand before it makes its way to your door in the United States. We want to be upfront about exactly what to expect because handcrafting takes time and your package travels a significant distance to reach you.

Where We Ship

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We don't currently offer international shipping outside the US, but it's something we're hoping to expand to as the studio grows.

Shipping Cost

We're glad to offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Cut-Off Time

To start processing the same day, orders need to be placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Anything placed after that cut-off will begin processing the next business day.

Handling Time

Once your order comes in, our team spends 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday) carefully inspecting and packaging it. We don't rush this step — it's where we make sure what leaves the studio actually meets the standard we'd want to receive ourselves.

Transit Time

After your order leaves our studio, transit typically takes 7–15 business days (Monday through Friday) to reach addresses across the United States.

Total Delivery Time

When you combine handling and transit, most orders arrive within 8–18 business days of being placed. These are estimates based on past delivery patterns, and actual delivery can vary depending on exactly where in the US you're located.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey. If your tracking looks off or hasn't updated in a while, just reach out — we're happy to help.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control — customs processing, carrier delays, or severe weather — can push delivery beyond the estimated window. If your order is running noticeably late, contact us and we'll help track it down.
