Shipping Destinations

Currently, Coonli ships exclusively to the United States. All orders are handcrafted and dispatched directly from our studio in Guangdong, China.

Shipping Rates & Fees

Free shipping on all orders across the United States. No hidden handling fees.

Order Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after that begin processing the following business day.

Handling Time

1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Transit Time

7–15 business days (Monday through Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time

8–18 business days from the time your order is placed.

Order Tracking

You will receive an automated confirmation email with your tracking number and link once your order ships.

Delays Outside Our Control

Occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, weather, or courier volume. We'll keep you updated if a significant delay occurs.

Address Accuracy
