The Coonli story began on January 18, 2025, with a vision to share intricate, handcrafted artistry with the world. Based in our specialized studio in Guangdong, China, we focus on the meticulous creation of micro-mosaic jewelry using premium polymer clay. Each piece is a labor of love, designed to be as unique as the individual wearing it.

Our creative identity is represented through our four signature collections:

Shipping Destinations and Costs

Currently, Coonli focuses its services exclusively on the USA. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time to maintain the highest quality of service and delivery standards for our American customers.

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements to qualify for standard delivery.

Shipping Timelines and Expectations

We strive for speed and transparency in our logistics. Please refer to the following schedule for delivery estimates:

1. Order Cut-off Time

All orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (EST - New York) to begin processing within the standard window. Orders placed after this time will begin the processing stage on the next business day.

2. Handling Time

  • Processing Period: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • During this phase, we carefully inspect each micro-mosaic piece and package it to ensure it is prepared for the journey.

3. Transit Time

  • Shipping Duration: 7–15 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Our handcrafted jewelry is shipped directly from our studio in Guangdong, China to your specified USA address.

4. Total Delivery Time

  • Estimated Arrival: 8–18 Business Days.
  • Please note that these timeframes are estimates based on various customer locations across the United States.

Quality Packaging and Inspection

Your security and the physical safety of your order are our priorities. Before any item leaves our studio, it undergoes a rigorous quality check. We then place each piece of jewelry in a sturdy, recycled gift box, which is further secured in a padded envelope. This multi-layered approach ensures your artisan jewelry arrives in perfect condition.

Order Tracking and Support

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking updates. Our support team is active and responsive to assist with any questions regarding your package.

Returns and Damaged Goods

In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, Coonli accepts returns for defective products and will provide a return label. For change-of-mind returns (customer remorse), the customer is responsible for the international shipping costs back to our studio in China. All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
