Since our online journey began on January 18, 2025, Coonli (Zhongshan Coonli Lighting Technology Co., Ltd.) has been dedicated to delivering high-quality illumination across the United States. Our mission is to provide an efficient and transparent logistics experience for our premium Chandelier, Ceiling Light, Table Lamp, and Floor Lamp collections.

By shipping directly from our manufacturing warehouse in China, we ensure that every lighting fixture meets our rigorous quality standards before it begins its journey to your home.


Shipping Locations and Costs

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders. We currently ship exclusively to the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US Territories at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

To help you plan your home improvement projects, we provide clear timelines for every stage of the shipping process.

Orders placed after the 5:00 PM cut-off time on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

By shipping from the source, we reduce unnecessary handling and offer the latest designs from the world's lighting capital, Guzhen Town, directly to your doorstep.

Order Tracking and Security

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Your data and transaction details are protected by an SSL certificate, ensuring that your personal and payment information is securely encrypted and protected against hackers throughout the entire checkout and shipping process.

Cancellations and Address Changes

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. You may request a cancellation or address correction within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@coonli.com. If the order has already been processed for shipment after this 12-hour window, we cannot stop the delivery, and you will need to follow our standard Returns Policy upon receipt.
